Issue
The Manchester City Council - Children's Services Department, record their data within the Capita One CRM database for recording the funding of children as part of the government's Every Child Matters initiative, for free funding of childcare for 2 and 3 year olds.
The department needed a cost effective way of creating their own professional forms and reports, from this database, using Crystal Reports XI.

Solution
After carrying out an indepth training needs analysis (TNA) of the delegates, investigating and discussing their specific needs and requirements, it was decided that the best solution, was to design a bespoke 2 day training session, covering the topics they needed to create their specific reports, using the Capita ONE database to ensure that the training would be relevant to the organisation.
6 month free phone, email and web post course support would be part of the training package as standard.
