Issue
Suttons uses an Oracle based database to run their operations on a daily basis.
They needed to update their Crystal Reports 9 skills to create reports more effectively and efficiently.

Solution
After discussing their specific individual issues and requirements, and carrying out an training needs analysis (TNA) on the delegates, it was decided that the best solution, was to design individual bespoke 1 to 1 training sessions, covering the topics they needed to create their specific reports, using their Oracle based database as the datasource for the training, to ensure that the training would be relevant to the organisation.
6 month free phone, email and web post course support would be part of the training package as standard.

First of all it will help in allowing me to pass on reports that will be the finished article and therefore be a time consuming exercise as well enabling me to create more complex reports to give to the business for analysis.
One thing it will certainly do is allow me to report utilisation of different parts of our fleet historically without having to start with data just from today onwards....
