Company The Audit Commission
|
Issue The Audit Commission needed a team of employees to be trained, for them to be able to understand the design capabilities of SQL Server Reporting Services 2008, following a database migration from Oracle to SQL Server project, in order for them to recreate their current performance reports, and to be able to design a new suite of management information reports.
|
Solution
After discussing the initial needs of the organisation, it was decided that the best solution was to design two courses:
- An Introduction to SQL scripting course
For those who had no or little knowledge of the SQL scripting language, and
- A Bespoke SQL Server Reporting Services 2008 course
To provide a solid knowledge base of designing reports from scratch, and to understand how to work with the components and/or report items of SSRS 2008 to recreate their current reports using this software.
At the end of the 3 day training solution, delegates will have a better understanding and knowledge of how to create professional and visual reports to easily convey their organisational data to the key stakeholders of their organisation.
On completion of the training there will be 6 months phone, email and phone support for all delegates.
