Issue
Integrity Office had a Crystal Reports report that had been designed by another company.
However the report did not display the way they wanted and/or needed it for a particular client.
On failing to get the problem sorted with the original supplier they contacted Maximum Impact Solutions.

Solution
It was decided that the best and quickest and most effective way to resolve this design issue was remotely.
The report was emailed to Maximum Impact Solutions, along with the design issue.
However they did not know which version of Crystal Reports the original report was designed in.
To resolve this problem, 4 versions of the report was created so that it would work with their report delivery system.
