Short-listed for Institute of IT Training - Freelance Trainer of the Year 2009 |

Julia Emelogu has been short listed for the prestigious Institute of IT Training (IITT) Freelance Trainer of the Year 2009.
These awards honour individuals and organisations who have really shone over the past 12 months.
The awards is a celebration of their excellent achievements.
The next stage of the award is at the IITT headquarters to deliver:
A 10 minute presentation outlining the pertetant points of her submission and to emphasise the reasons why her entry should win the award.
This will be followed by a 15 minute training session on the topic of – "How to sell the value of training to your manager?"
The final part will be a Q & A session, where the judging panel will ask specific questions about the presentation, training session and and Julia.
Julia's submission was based around implementing 2 new strategies to create a strong learning experience for her clients, by ensuring that training is relevant, measured and really supported to not only the needs of the delegates, but also of the organisations they work for.
Julia said "I am really happy that I have been short-listed for this prestigous award, which I orginally won in 2006, and was the runner up in 2007.
I am constantly looking at ways of improving the learning experience of my clients, so that they can get the best out of crystal reports, crystal analysis and SQL reporting services.
Organisations think that training is expensive, un-measurable and irrelevant, so I have come up with strategies that have overcome this myth.
Our training solutions are driven by our customers to specifically deliver what they need to achieve their strategic aims and objectives for growth."
The IITT award ceremony dinner, will be held at the Dorchester Hotel, London on 5th February 2009.
