As part of The Decade of Health and Wellbeing launch week, 17th - 24th Jan 2011, Julia Emelogu will be taking part in an interactive information and ideas exchange seminar, looking at "How Can Business Operate More Healthily"
This seminar in conjucture with Liverpool Primary Care Trust and The Intelligence Network is aimed at bringing senior level professionals to discuss all aspects of how to achieve health and wellbeing within the workplace.
Julia will bringing her years of experience and knowledge working as a consultant in both the private and public sector.
She will share her observations on how a more holistic approach within the workplace can produce more effective, motivated and efficient teams, by identifying and minimising the toxic elements of the team, empowering individuals and playing to their strengths, thus reducing fear and stress, which ultimately results in power plays.
The outcome of this seminar is to develop solutions to key business development challenges; all designed to enable senior professionals to influence the strategic Health and Wellbeing issues affecting the Liverpool City Region.
