Our Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services maintenance plans provide REAL support, which is of paramount importance to our customers.

Post course training Crystal Reports and SQL Report Services Support.After attending a training course Maximum Impact Solutions knows that this is just the foundation, and to get employees integrating their newly learnt skills with their job roles, they need support and resources.
Therefore on the completion of all MIS training courses there is a free 6 months phone, email and website support*, for the topics covered in the training session.
After the 6 months, two annual paid subscription are available:
Individual training support £200 + vat, and
Site training support £1000 + vat
*Website registration is required

| Report Design & Report Writing |
All reports designed by our consultants comes with a free 1 month Crystal reports support and/or SQL Server Reporting Services support service.
You may have some reports that have not been designed by MIS that need supporting.
You may need to telephone call now and again to assist with minor operational problems , or
Alternatively you need to create some new reports.
The support and maintenance plans will be based on what is the best and most cost effective Crystal Reports Support and/or SQL Server Reporting Services Support requirements of the organisation for the year.
The Crystal Reports support and/or SQL Server Reporting Services support is for the reports created by the software.
Maintenance Plans can be purchased annually upfront dependent upon need.

The Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services Maintenance Plans, are support packages, that ensures our clients get the best and most cost effective method of having reports designed and maintained on an ad-hoc basis.
We have 3 levels of Crystal Reports Support Maintenance Plans and SQL Server Reporting Services Support Maintenance Plans based on the number of days per year needs/used:
Gold - 12 days/year £7,200
Silver - 6 days/year £3,600
Bronze - 3 days/year £1,800
