Short listed LJMU - Young Enterprise Volunteer of the Year Award 2007 |

Julia Emelogu has been short listed for the Liverpool John Moores University Young Enterprise Volunteer of the Year Award.
This award recognises the invaluable contribution made by the volunteer business consultants on the Young Enterprise Graduate Programme at LJMU.
The volunteer work with a group of students as they develop an idea into a viable business proposal, drawing upon their wealth of business experience to mentor and guide the students throughout the programme.
Julia volunteered her time for the first time in 2007 and immediately took on a large group of Level 2 students in the School of Engineering. The group presented many challenges as they disagreed fro several weeks over the direction of their business idea and appeared to be in trouble, but Julia refocused the group and their final presentation for assessment was the most professional seen at Level 2.
The Liverpool John Moores University Graduate Entrepreneurs award evening ceremony will be held on the 11th October 2007
