Highland Council have engaged Maximum Impact Solutions to deliver a bespoke Crystal Reports XI training solution.
The bespoke training solutions will be designed to use Crystal Reports XI with Highland Council's property maintenance database TOTAL.
On completion of this course delegates will have a set of reports, that will be able to answer critical business issues and questions.
As the training will be relevant they will be able to create their own reports, to extract the required operational and management information in the most effective and efficient way, enabling delegates to answer performance issues.
