Know Your Customer: Inclusive Business Support |

Julia Emelogu has been asked to share her experiences of setting up her business Maximum Impact Solutions, and receiving business support, what worked and did not work well, a the Know your customer - inclusive business support, on the 17th March 2010 at Blackburne House, Liverpool.
The aim of the event is to learn how to deliver effective and efficient business support, by bringing together the unique experiences of both business support advisors and businesses.
Following these insights, will be interactive sessions which will enable lively, challenging and constructive discussions, to result in ideas that will be improve business support delivery.
