How Do I Add an Extra Blank Page to my Crystal Reports?

During a recent Crystal Reports training session, one of the delegates asked how they could add an extra blank page at the end of the report

Solution:

To achieve this one has to apply Section Conditional Formatting, using the Print State functions, PageNumber and TotalPageCount.

To add a blank extra page at the end of the report:

  1. Select Report Menu - Section Export
  2. Page Header - Suppress (No Drilldown) Conditional Format button (x+2)
  3. Enter the formula:

           PageNumber > TotalPageCount

  4. Press the Save and Close button
  5. Report Footer - New Page Before Conditional Format button (x+2)
  6. Enter the formula

            TotalPageCount = PageNumber

  7. Press the Save and Close button
