The problem:
The client uses crystal reports 11.5, as their reporting tool, on some machines the reports compiled in such a way that they were off center in the report preview and when they were exported to PDF.
After some investigation it was found that the printer driver and/or the paper size used by the report writer did not exist on the client machine.
The Solution:
There are two ways to fix this problem
- Select a printer and/or page setup that does exist on the client machine,
or
- Select the No Printer checkbox option
